From the East Village to your UES doorman

We are a downtown business, but the Upper East Side is one of our oldest delivery routes. Some of our UES customers have been with us for over a decade. A few started ordering from us when they were graduate students on East 7th. Now they live in prewar buildings on East 78th with strollers in the lobby. They still order from us. That, more than anything, is the reason we drive uptown.

We deliver across the Upper East Side, from 59th to 96th, Fifth Avenue to the East River. Doorman buildings, prewar elevators, Park Avenue co-ops with delivery windows scheduled to the minute, townhouses with their own particular rules. We have your building list. We know which freight elevators have 8-foot ceilings and which have 12. We know that the building on East 81st off Lexington only accepts deliveries between 10 and 2 on weekdays, and we plan accordingly.

UES customers tend to be traditional, and we love that. We get more orders for classic Fraser firs in classic 7-foot sizes here than anywhere else. People want the same tree their parents bought from a stand on the sidewalk in 1985. We get it. We pick beautiful, symmetrical trees from our farms in North Carolina and Pennsylvania and we bring them uptown.

And yes, we tip the doormen. You don’t have to ask.
