NoLita is the kind of neighborhood where everyone seems to be a stylist or a graphic designer or a former model who now owns a shop selling one expensive candle. We love it. The buildings are smaller than SoHo, the streets are narrower, the boutiques are more interesting, and the espresso is better.

We deliver across NoLita: Elizabeth, Mott, Mulberry, Spring, Prince, Kenmare. Just a quick bike ride from our East Village stand. The trip takes us past Lombardi’s, past Eileen Fisher, past the line outside Cha Cha Matcha, past the people taking photos in front of Saint Patrick’s Old Cathedral. Sometimes the bike ride takes longer than the delivery itself, because we keep getting waved at.

NoLita apartments tend to be smaller than what you find north or south. Big trees can be a squeeze. We’ve gotten very good at recommending the right size for the right room. A 6-foot tree in a 700-square-foot one-bedroom on Mott Street looks abundant. A 9-footer looks like you’ve moved a forest indoors. Tell us your space and we’ll guide you to the right pick.

Also: we love the Elizabeth Street Garden. If you’ve been fighting to save it, thank you. The neighborhood is better with green spaces.
